Long Harbour Bed and Breakfast is located only minutes away from the BC Ferries Docks in Long Harbour on Beautiful Saltspring Island. Come and experience what island life is all about! A wonderful oceanside retreat with spectaclar views on 10 waterfront acres on serene Long Harbour. We have 3 private B&B suites at the main log house as well as our 2 bedroom log cabin in a private setting available for accommodations and your enjoyment. We have hosted special events such as weddings, special memorial gatherings, house concerts, kayak excursions, sports groups as well as family retreats. Special group rates are available. Come moor your boat on our 50' dock in the protected harbour between the Royal Victoria and Royal Vancouver Yacht clubs while you venture off and explore the islands or head off on that fishing excursion. We offer complimentary use of our canoe, kayaks and rowboat off the dock as a special bonus. We are pet friendly having had the pleasure of very responsible pet owners with plenty of room to run roam. Also available for guest enjoyment are hot tub, sauna, pool, trampoline, play area, games room or perhaps you would like to just hang with the horses a while. With gallery and artists' studios offering the visitor a wide choice of high-quality arts & crafts from paintings to pottery and weaving to woodwork. Saltspring also has its own currency that can be purchased and spent on the island. The seaside village of Ganges is a focal point for arts, restaurants and unique shops. Marinas attract pleasure boaters, commercial and sports fishermen. There's lots to do on Saltspring Island in addition: hiking, beachcombing, kayaking, fishing and golf are among the more popular outdoor activities.
